Change Management Policy.

1. Introduction.

iBUBBBLY Health, LLC (referred to as "the Company") understands that change is inevitable and necessary for growth and adaptation. This Change Management Policy outlines the principles, processes, and responsibilities that govern the management of changes within the organization to minimize disruption, maximize efficiency, and ensure successful implementation.

a. This Change Management Policy will be communicated to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and other relevant individuals or entities associated with iBubbly Health, LLC.

b. The policy will be made readily accessible on the Company's intranet or other appropriate platforms.
