b. Any suspected violations of this Code of Conduct should be promptly reported to the appropriate authority within the Company, utilizing designated reporting mechanisms, without fear of retaliation.

a. Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract.
b. The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action, as appropriate, for violations of laws, regulations, or contractual obligations.
10. Communication and Training.
a. The Company will communicate this Code of Conduct to all employees, contractors, suppliers, agents, and other relevant individuals or entities associated with iBubbly Health, LLC.
